New professional network tools

  • Verified artists and venue managers can send, accept, decline, cancel, and remove mutual Connect relationships.
  • Public profiles can show privacy-respecting mutual connections.
  • Account Settings now controls Connect invitations and public mutual-connection previews.

Past shows (GigxMatch verified)

  • Completed GigxMatch Shows appear under Past shows (GigxMatch verified) for accepted lineup artists and linked venues.
  • Each owner chooses Public or Not public for their own profile only. Multi-party agreement is not required.
  • When a Show completes, related users receive a short email and in-app notice to set visibility and invite collaborators again.
  • Artists can open the management page from the pen icon on their public profile.
  • Admin can set a Show to Hidden, which removes it from the Past shows list and from public profiles.

Collaborate again from Connections

  • On Connections, accepted connections show role-based shortcuts such as Invite to show or Gig request.
  • A periodic Connect digest reminds eligible users to collaborate again (at most once every 14 days).

Operations

The daily expire_shows command completes past Shows, opens past-display preferences, notifies related users once per newly completed Show, and retains recent completed Shows that are still marked public on a profile.

Run nudge_connect_reinvite on a weekly schedule (command enforces a 14-day per-user cooldown).

GigxMatch adds mutual Connect relationships, shared-network previews, and completed-show profile visibility.
