1. No Guarantee of Matches, Bookings, or Outcomes

GigxMatch is an information and matching platform only. We do not guarantee any specific number or type of matches, booking opportunities, revenue, audience size, or any commercial or artistic outcome.

2. Third-Party Content and Conduct

Profiles, listings, and messages on GigxMatch are created by users, not by us. We may perform basic moderation and administration, but we do not systematically verify every user statement.

We are not responsible for:

• accuracy or completeness of user-generated information;
• cancellations, no-shows, lateness, or performance quality issues by any artist, venue, or organizer; or
• disputes between users, including payment disputes, quality disputes, or scheduling conflicts.

3. Indirect and Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GigxMatch and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for:

• loss of profits, revenue, contracts, business opportunities, or goodwill;
• loss or corruption of data;
• indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages; and
• losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as network interruptions, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

4. Liability Cap

If applicable law does not allow a full exclusion of liability, our total liability arising out of or related to the platform and services is capped, to the extent permitted by law, at the higher of:

• the total platform fees you paid to GigxMatch in the 12 months before the relevant event; or
• the amount required by mandatory minimum standards under applicable law.

If we enter into a separate written agreement with you (for example, an enterprise or partnership agreement), different caps or special terms may apply.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for performing your own checks, due diligence, and contract negotiations when working with other users, including (where appropriate) identity verification, fee confirmation, payment terms, performance conditions, licenses, and permits, and ensuring compliance with local laws and venue policies.

You should not rely solely on profile information when making important decisions.
