## What this guide covers
This article explains the daily workflow for event organizers and shows where to go next inside GigxMatch. Keep it open when you are learning the platform or training a teammate.
## Before you start
Make sure you are signed in and can open [your dashboard](/dashboard/). If the page sends you to another role area, check your profile and role settings in [Account Settings](/dashboard/account/).
## Step-by-step workflow
1. Use private visibility when you already know who should receive the request.
- Use public pool visibility when you want artists browsing Gig Requests to discover it.
- Share the detail URL only with intended artists when the request is private.
-
Ask support or an admin if visibility needs to be changed after review.
Quality checklist
- Keep names, dates, venues, budgets, and contact details accurate before sending or publishing anything.
- Use clear messages so the other side understands what action is needed.
- Check Notification Center after you submit, apply, invite, or update a listing.
- Return to the relevant dashboard list when you need to review status or continue work.
