What shows are for
When event details are ready, use Shows to publish time, place, description, entry info, and lineup. Event organizers usually list with an external venue name and address (not a platform venue picker) and confirm the location on the map.
The public list supports All / Today / This weekend / This month filters and a map view.
Before you list a show
- Verify your email.
- Check your free quota: event organizers can create up to 5 public shows for free (same default as artists). Need more listings? Contact sales at [email protected].
- Prepare venue name (max 15 characters), full address, region, show name, date, times, description, and cover image.
Step-by-step
- Browse Shows to understand the public listing format.
- Open Create Show.
- Enter an external venue name and venue address, then confirm the map pin.
- Select a region, then fill in show name, date, start/end time, and description (max 1,000 characters).
- Upload a show image (JPG/PNG/WEBP, up to 10MB; square or A4 portrait).
- Enter entry fee (0 if free; currency HKD/USD/CNY). Ticket link and remarks are optional.
- Optionally invite lineup artists. Everyone invited must accept; if anyone declines, the whole application is cancelled.
- After submit, status is under review and cannot be edited. Track progress in Dashboard Shows.
- After admin approval, the show appears on the public Shows list.
Lineup and notifications
- Invited artists use Lineup Invites and Notification Center.
- Confirmation emails may include a calendar file (
.ics); accept/decline still happens on the site.
Status rules: edit, cancel, and delete
Track listings in My shows.
| Status | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Reviewing | View and cancel while under review. You cannot edit after submit. |
| Published | View the public page. No edit or delete. |
| Cancelled | Kept in My shows for records. No View / Delete action. |
| Completed | Kept after the show date for past-show profile records when applicable. No manual delete. |
| Hidden | Set by admin only. Removed from public past-show sections. |
Submitted shows are performance records, not disposable drafts. Cancelled and completed shows are retained for a period (about 30 days after the show date) and may then be purged automatically; shows still used for public past-show display stay protected longer.
Tips
- Use a complete address for accurate mapping and visitor directions.
- Quota is limited (5 free shows) — only submit shows you intend to publish. For additional paid listings, email [email protected].
- Cancel while still under review if plans change.
- Follow lineup and review status in the dashboard and notifications.
